Terms and Conditions – d888 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules & User Agreement

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on d888, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the d888 platform and should close your account if you have already registered one.

These Terms apply to all interactions with d888 including the website, any mobile applications, live betting interfaces, cashier functions, customer support communications and promotional materials. Your continued use of d888 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2Account Registration

To use d888's betting services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. d888 does not permit underage betting under any circumstances.
• Each individual person may hold only one d888 account. If you already have an account, do not create a second one — contact support if you have lost access to your existing account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration including your real name, date of birth, mobile number and email address. False registration information is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You must not register or use a d888 account on behalf of another person.
• d888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
• Accounts registered using false or unverifiable information will be closed and any outstanding balance may be voided.

3Account Security

Your d888 account is your personal responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your d888 account. Do not use the same password you use for your Easypaisa, JazzCash or banking accounts.
• Never share your d888 username or password with anyone — including family members, friends or anyone claiming to be d888 staff. d888 staff will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an additional layer of security.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact d888 support immediately via live chat to freeze the account pending investigation.
• d888 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on d888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by Pakistani users on d888:

Deposits

• d888 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
• Minimum deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer minimums may differ — check the cashier for current figures.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your d888 wallet instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• d888 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside d888's control.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of a request being submitted. Bank IBFT withdrawals arrive within the same business day in most cases.
• d888 charges zero fees on all withdrawals. The full amount requested will be transferred to your designated account.
• Before processing a withdrawal, d888 may request identity verification documents if the account has not previously been verified. This is a one-time process and is required for accounts withdrawing above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 of these Terms.

5Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on d888. Sport-specific rules are published separately in the betting interface for cricket, football, esports and other markets.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation notification from d888. Until this confirmation is received, the bet is not considered accepted.
• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. d888 does not honour bets placed at incorrectly displayed odds — if odds are manifestly wrong due to a system error, the bet may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum bet stake on d888 is Rs 200 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the betting interface before confirmation.
• d888 reserves the right to limit bet stakes or restrict market access for specific users where the platform identifies unusual betting patterns. This is a standard integrity measure used by all professional betting operators.
• All accumulator bets must include at least two independent selections from different events. Accumulators where any leg relates to the same event are not permitted.
• In-play bets accepted by d888 during a live match are subject to the same confirmation process as pre-match bets. If connectivity is interrupted between placing and confirmation, the bet may not have been accepted — always check "My Bets" to confirm.
• d888 reserves the right to cancel or void any bet where credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption or other integrity violations exists. Stake will be returned in full in such cases.

6Bonuses and Promotions

d888 offers welcome bonuses and ongoing promotions to Pakistani users. These are designed to give new and returning players additional value. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on d888:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are always stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• The standard wagering requirement on d888 welcome bonuses is a minimum rollover of the bonus amount a specified number of times on qualifying sports betting markets within a specified time period. These details are shown in the current promotion page at the time of claiming.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets. You may choose to forfeit an active bonus — this will remove the bonus and any winnings accumulated from it, but will release any real-money balance for immediate withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Each bonus can be claimed once per eligible account.
• d888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Any modification will not affect bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered.
• If d888 identifies that a user is exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or arbitrage betting behaviour, the bonus may be voided and the account reviewed.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on d888. Engaging in any of these may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods to deposit on d888. This includes using another person's mobile wallet, bank account or payment card without their explicit consent.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of pre-arranged or fixed match results. d888 cooperates with sports integrity authorities and will report suspicious betting patterns to the relevant bodies.
• Arbitrage and bot betting: Using software, bots, scripts or systematic strategies designed to exploit platform errors or guarantee profits regardless of market movements. This includes odds arbitrage between d888 and other platforms using automated tools.
• Money laundering: Using d888 as a channel to transfer or launder funds obtained through illegal activity. d888 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account — whether under the same name, different names or through any other method — to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Underage gambling: Registering or using d888 if you are below 18 years of age, or facilitating access for anyone who is below 18.

8Bet Settlement

d888 settles all sports bets using official results from the relevant governing bodies — PCB and PSL official scorecards for cricket, FIFA and UEFA official results for football, and tournament operators' confirmed results for esports.

• Cricket bets — including all PSL markets — are settled using the official scorecard published by PCB or the PSL following the conclusion of a match. d888 aims to settle all cricket bets within 15 minutes of the final result being confirmed.
• In the event of a match being suspended, reduced in overs or abandoned, d888's sport-specific settlement rules apply. These are published in the betting interface. As a general rule, T20 matches requiring a reduced-overs result are settled using the DLS method where applicable. Fully abandoned matches without a result are voided and stakes returned.
• If a settlement error is identified after initial settlement, d888 reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected bets. Users will be notified of any correction that affects their account balance.
• Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with d888 support within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period cannot be investigated.

9Platform Availability

d888 aims to provide uninterrupted access to its betting platform 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, d888 cannot guarantee continuous availability and the following applies:

• d888 may be unavailable for short periods due to scheduled maintenance. Where possible, maintenance is scheduled during low-traffic hours and users are notified in advance.
• d888 is not responsible for losses of any kind — including missed betting opportunities or in-play bets that could not be placed — due to platform downtime, connectivity failures on the user's side, or network issues with Pakistani mobile data providers.
• If a live bet is submitted but confirmation is not received due to connectivity failure, the bet should be assumed to have not been accepted until confirmed in "My Bets". Do not assume a bet has been placed without explicit confirmation from d888.

10Responsible Gaming

d888 takes responsible betting seriously and considers it a core obligation — not an afterthought. The following tools and policies are in place for all Pakistani users on d888:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your d888 account through the account settings menu. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for 24 hours — this cooling-off period is intentional.
• Session reminders: d888 can send you alerts when you have been logged in for an extended continuous period. These can be configured in account settings.
• Cool-off period: If you want a break from betting, you can request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: If you believe your betting has become a problem, d888 offers a permanent or long-term self-exclusion option. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration chosen at the time of activation.

11Privacy and Data

d888's collection, storage and use of personal data is governed by the d888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points for Pakistani users include:

• d888 collects personal data — including name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address and payment details — solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity and complying with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.
• d888 does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing companies.
• All personal data stored by d888 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You may request access to the personal data d888 holds about you, or request deletion of your data, by contacting support. Note that some data may be retained for regulatory compliance purposes even following account closure.

12Account Closure

Either you or d888 may close a d888 account. The following terms apply:

• User-initiated closure: You may close your d888 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method following identity verification if not previously completed. Pending bets will be settled normally and included in the final balance.
• d888-initiated closure: d888 may close or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if you have violated these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, underage gambling, duplicate accounts or prohibited betting activities. In the event of a terms violation, any balance derived from bonus funds or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are clearly not connected to fraudulent activity will be returned.
• Following account closure — for any reason — you must not re-register on d888 without prior written permission from d888 support. Re-registering after a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.

13Liability Limits

d888 provides its services in good faith and aims to ensure accuracy in all odds, results, settlements and displayed information. However, the following limitations apply:

• d888 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity or other indirect losses arising from the use of the platform — including losses caused by platform downtime, delayed settlement or incorrectly displayed odds that were subsequently corrected.
• d888's total liability to any individual user for any direct loss arising from a demonstrable platform error is limited to the amount of the bet stake directly affected by that error.
• d888 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, mobile data failures or device-related problems that prevent access to the platform or delay bet placement.

14Changes to These Terms

d888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, d888 will notify registered users via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any real-money balance before the changes come into force.

Your continued use of d888 following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

15Governing Rules and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are the complete agreement between you and d888 regarding use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, advertisement, or other communication from d888, these Terms take precedence.

• All disputes relating to bet settlement, account actions or these Terms should first be raised with d888 customer support, who will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint to d888's management team in writing to the address provided in the support portal.
• d888 aims to resolve all user complaints fairly and promptly. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at the first level of support without any formal process being required.
